Lists, Listing and A New Adventure – Part 5: The Invitation

Of course, we can’t forget Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We’ve made changes and are making more. Anyone want to join me? Whether a healing diet or just slow changes to healthier eating? Start now, don’t wait until your life depends on it or you have urgent need to change a lot at once to regain your health.
“Another man may be sick too, and sick to death, and this affliction may lie in his bowels, as gold in a mine, and be of no use to him; but this bell, that tells me of his affliction, digs out and applies that gold to me: if by this consideration of another’s danger I take mine own into contemplation, and so secure myself, by making my recourse…”   — from For Whom the Bell Tolls (No Man is an Island) by John Donne
“Your body is no more you yourself than the hoop you trundle, or the pony which you ride. It is, like them, your servant, your tool, your instrument, your organ, with which you work: and a very useful, trusty, cunningly-contrived organ it is; and therefore I advise you to make good use of it, for you are responsible for it.” — from Madam How and Lady Why by Charles Kingsley
Following is a list of blogs with info on how diet has helped with eczema, auto immune, etc.  Most (all?) are Christian ladies. These are not full of scientific research studies, though there is some, they are personal accounts, they’re sites I look to for information, recipes and inspiration. I believe they will be worth your time to visit.
Traditional Cooking School
Deliciously organic
Delicious obsessions
Wellness Mama
Commonsense home
When healing takes place, it will be a show of the intelligence and natural healing in God’s design and it will be to His glory.
OK, no more listless listing, time to set sail on a new adventure!
Not that the 3 people who read this will think otherwise, but I feel compelled to say — I’m not a doctor, just a regular old person sharing my experience and opinions based on what I’ve read. If you have health issues, I can’t be your doctor but I can be a friend and share more research (there is A LOT out there) and opinions and encourage you toward healthy choices.
